A few things to know:

• Deposits and prepaid fees for all services are often required.
• Fees for small projects such as painting, repairs, etc. are quoted and charged by the job.
• Fees for large projects like renovations and builds are charged as Cost+ (as in, actual cost plus percentage).
• We do not finance or fund client projects.
• Design and consulting fees are charged depending on the level of assistance.
• Independent Professional, Survey, Architectural, and Engineering fees are the responsibility of the Client.
